How do I know which rebates I qualify for?

There are several different rebates that homeowners can qualify for based on upgrading energy efficiency. Our sales team will provide you with the rebates you are eligible for when your quote is provided. And don't worry, we even take care of the paperwork for you!

What is the life expectancy of my unit?

Our dependable Bryant products are among the longest lasting heating and cooling products available. For your specific equipment, there are many factors that affect life expectancy, including regular routine maintenance.

Why can't I find the correct size furnace filter at my local home improvement store?

The filter that comes with your Bryant unit is made from higher-quality materials than those of the disposable filters found in retail stores. For that reason, replacement filters are only available from your Bryant dealer. Just click on the "Buy Products Online" tab and we will ship them right to your home.

Keep in mind that some Bryant filters are reusable and can be washed by hand in cold water. Refer to your owner's manual or simply give Kelly Heating and Electric a call to see if your filter qualifies.

What does my warranty cover?

Under the standard factory warranty, Bryant covers the parts, and Kelly Heating and Electric covers the labor. Your Kelly Heating and Electric technician filled out the warranty certificate for you when he installed your new unit. Keep in mind that extended warranties were available at the time of purchase. In most cases, you can still purchase an extended warranty for your system. Please contact us and we can help you get your extended warranty. How much will a new system cost?

Kelly Heating and Electric provides free estimates. A knowledgeable member of our staff will come and review your current system and assist you in making a decision on a system that is right for you.
