Just wanted to pass along our compliments to the individuals from your business, that helped us with a recent furnace and AC project. Prior to having our furnace cleaned and inspected, we had obtained quotes on a potential central AC system. The inspection report on the 17yr old Lenox Pulse furnace was grim, which lead to another sequence of quotes for both furnace and AC, eventually settling on a combination Bryant LP furnace and electric heat pump.

Nobody ever wants to find out that the costly furnace needs to be replaced, but the whole process was very smooth. I hope I have all the names right – Tim provided the quotes and recommendations on the new products. Mike did the cleaning and inspection of the original furnace. Wes and Derrick did the new equipment installation. All were prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The work was neat, clean and done in a timely fashion.
