What we collect, and why
Kelly Heating & Electric is a heating, cooling, and electrical contractor in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This page describes the information the website forms are designed to collect. Those forms remain unavailable while their secure delivery and storage system is deployed and tested. They will be activated only after storage, access, retention, and notification delivery are verified.
The service request form
The form on our contact page is designed to ask for your name, what your request is about, a phone number or an email address, and optionally your ZIP code or town and a description of what you need. That information would be used to understand the request and respond about it. The form will remain disabled until secure storage and approved service-recipient access have been verified.
The job application form
The form on our careers page is designed to ask for your name, the kind of work you are interested in, and a phone number or an email address. Information about your experience is optional.
Applications will remain separate from customer service requests and restricted to approved hiring staff. Unsuccessful applications are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the latest application activity unless Kelly is actively considering the applicant for a role or has documented a legal reason to retain the record. Résumé uploads are not enabled.
Who will see form information
Jamie Anderson, who manages Kelly Heating & Electric's administrative work, is the initial notification recipient for service requests and applications. Notification emails contain only an opaque CRM reference and sign-in link—not the name, contact details, location, message, or application contents. Authorized staff must sign in to the Kelly-controlled CRM to view a record. Service and hiring access remain separate and are limited by assigned staff roles. Additional approved recipients may be added later, and this notice will be updated if the handling changes materially.
Interactive maps
The contact and service area pages do not load Google Maps automatically. If you choose to load an interactive map or open an address in Google Maps, your browser contacts Google and sends the technical information normally included in a web request, such as your IP address, browser information, and the referring page.
Asking us about your information
If you want to know what we hold about you, or you would like us to remove something you sent, call our office on 715-832-6909 and ask. We will tell you what we can do.
Changes to this page
